Login to the Office 365 Outlook Web App (OWA) at http://mail.saddleback.com/ using your email address and password.

You will be prompted to provide more information. Click Next.

Step 1: In the drop down, choose "Mobile app". Click "Use verification code" and click Set up.

Follow the steps on the screen to download and configure the mobile app on your phone.

Be sure to choose "Work or school account" when prompted.

After Authenticator registration has been confirmed, click Next.

Step 2: Enter the code that you see in the app on the registration webpage and click Verify.

Step 3: Enter or confirm your mobile phone number in the dialog box and click Next.

Step 4: Click Done to complete setup.

From now on, when you login to Office 365 online or when your email password changes, you will be asked for your email address and your password as before.
Then, after clicking the Login button, you will be asked to provide the code that is generated in the mobile app.

The Microsoft Authenticator app in this mode does not require access to text (SMS) messages or mobile data, which is why this option is best when traveling internationally.

However, if you do not travel outside your carrier's coverage, changing your default verification method to text messaging may be easier for you.
To do so, please click "Setup Text Messaging Verification" on the middle button at the top of this page.

Go to http://password.saddleback.com/mfall.html and click "Change Existing Multi-Factor Authentication Settings"

Login with your email address and password. Then provide your current MFA method.

Step 1: Under "What's your preferred option?", change the drop-down selection to "Use verification code"

Check the box "Authenticator app or Token" and click "Set up Authenticator App"

Multi-Factor Authentication is a newer type of security feature, because of this phone accounts that were setup prior to it implementation might not contain the neccessary features. To fix this problem, simply remove the account from your phone and re-add it.

To remove your account, do this:

Tap Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Exchange and choose Delete Account.

Make sure to choose Sign In and not the Configure Manually option.
